We would like to invite you to be a sponsor of the 2024 Heartland Tea, Coffee & Chocolate Festival!

The festival is a celebration of all things tea, coffee, and chocolate, and offers a unique opportunity for sponsors to showcase their products to a diverse audience of tea, coffee, and chocolate enthusiasts.

The festival has a rich history, starting in 2015 as the Midwest Tea Festival drawing 1100 attendees in its last year prior to the pandemic. Sally Wei took over as director in 2022-2023 for over 800 attendees. For 2024, Nicole Burriss, the festival founder and original director, returns to advise the new director, Tina Beyers of Savory Tea Co. We are planning for 1000+ attendees in 2024.

A range of sponsorship prices and details is available to suit every budget.

$25: Samples to put in swag bags, must donate a minimum of 100.

$75: Donation of tea or coffee to afternoon tea & coffee sessions, minimum of 50 servings, maximum of 200.

  • At this time we are planning to seat 50 per session, 2 sessions per day, max. 1 hour long sessions. Menu cards will be printed for each session listing the teas/coffees and their donors. We will offer a choice of herbal, black or green teas and for coffees, a choice of decaf or caffeinated. One pot per table per seating but with 1-2 resteeps of teas (please choose teas suitable for resteeps or send extra tea for fresh steepings) and refills of coffee.

$50: Printed materials to put in swag bags - coupons, promotional cards, etc. 

$150: Color ad in printed program, 5”x3.5”

$300: Color ad in printed program, 5”x7”

$500: Logo printed on swag bags, maximum 3 sponsors

$1000: Weekly sharing and promotion on social media, exclusive promotional email to attendees pre- and post-event

Sampling Details

Heated water included in 3 temps, waste bucket with filter, electric available (we will attempt to get everyone who needs it for sampling close to an outlet which is free, if you are not able to be by an outlet, there is an additional charge for electric)
